The first few minutes
Meet your glasses.
This guide helps you prepare your setup. Use the instructions included with your specific model for charging, controls, pairing and app installation.
Check your model.
Keep the included guide nearby and identify your frame and lens option. Locate the charging connection and controls before you begin.
Get ready to connect.
Charge your glasses according to the model's instructions using the specified compatible charging equipment. Keep your phone nearby with Bluetooth available.
Set up the companion app.
Both One and Zenith use HeyCyan. Follow the setup instructions in your included guide. Check device compatibility and review the permissions requested for the features you want to use.
Pair, then make it yours.
Follow the pairing sequence in the app and your model's guide. Learn the photo, audio and call controls, then try a short recording and a call in a familiar setting.
Your model's guide comes first. The exact controls, charging method and app workflow can differ between frames. Keep the supplied instructions for reference.
A little everyday care
Keep your view clear.
Clean gently. Use a clean, soft lens cloth and a cleaning method suitable for your specific lenses and frame. Avoid abrasive materials and follow the product's guidance before using any liquid.
Give them their own space. Store your glasses in a compatible case when you are not wearing them. Check the fit and avoid pressure on the lenses, temples and charging connection.
Check the conditions. Follow your model's instructions for heat, moisture and charging. Do not assume the glasses are waterproof or suitable for every activity.
Keep recording considerate. Be aware of people around you and ask before recording them. Put your attention on your surroundings whenever you are on the move.
If something does not connect
Start with the basics.
Check that your glasses are charged, your phone is nearby and Bluetooth is enabled. Open the correct companion app and confirm the permissions it needs for the feature you are using.
Follow the troubleshooting steps in your model's guide or app. App-based AI and translation may also need an internet connection; check the requirements shown in the app.
If you need help, tell us your glasses model, phone model, operating system, app version and what happens when you try to connect. A clear description of any message on screen is helpful.

Care for your essentials.
The 2-in-1 Screen Cleaner
The removable 10 ml spray bottle is refillable and supplied without cleaning liquid. Choose a solution suitable for the screen or lens you intend to clean, and follow its manufacturer's instructions.
Keep the soft wiping surface clean and free of particles before use. Avoid corrosive liquids and check compatibility before applying any cleaner.
The Oval Hard-Shell Glasses Case
Check the fit of your folded glasses before closing the case. Its listed dimensions are approximately 162 × 62 × 45 mm; these are exterior dimensions and do not confirm the interior space available.
Keep the inside clean and free of loose objects. Never force the case closed around a frame that does not fit.
